Bentham Trout Farm Ltd supply Aquaculture products manufactured by Pioneer AE Company.  Pioneer AE products are used throughout the world and have a good reputation for robustness & reliability.  Bentham Trout Farm uses paddlewheels from pioneer as our main aeration system on our own trout farm.

Air Injectors

The Pioneer air injector allows oxygen to be transferred into water quickly. Increasing water mixing and circulation. The circulating water reactivates the pond bottom to maintain a better water quality for fish. The air injector can be used in conjunction with the Paddlewheel aerator system.

Roots Blower

Roots Blower

The Pioneer Roots blower creates a stable air flow with less variation on pressure, which produces clean air not contaminated with oil.  The roots blower is robustly constructed and can be easily maintained.

The innovative 3 lobe design controls back flow pressure to the rotor which reduces energy consumption, noise levels can be reduced by approximately 5dB. Less vibration transmitted through the lobes result in approximately 20% longer life.

All roots blowers are designed for continuous use, and are supplied to meet customers specifications, which will vary with the type of diffuser used, depth of water etc..
 

High Volume Water Pumps

The Features of the Pioneer large volume pumps include the following
Axial flow and mix flow design, low vibration and noise, with a large flow capacity. Ease of operation and energy saving. Robust construction and compact design with all fasteners of stainless steel.  Light weight, easy installation and maintenance.  The High volume water pumps can be used for drainage of large volumes of water in Aquaculture, and can be used for other large volume drainage.
